This is a full-time opportunity for a Tax Senior Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Tax Senior Manager will be responsible for managing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for clients. Responsibilities include conducting tax research, preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior staff, as well as collaborating with others to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax advisory services
  • Experience with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Proficiency in conducting tax research and preparing/reviewing tax returns
  • Excellent supervisory and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Experience in public accounting or a similar environment is a plus
